St. Petersburg’s beloved Daddy Kool Records reopens its doors on National Record Store Day, but this time in the Warehouse Arts District.
Daddy Kool Records closed its doors on the 600 Block of Central Avenue earlier this year, but fortunately didn’t say goodbye to the Sunshine City for good. Now located in the Warehouse Arts District at 2430 Terminal Drive South, Daddy Kool Record is amid other St. Petersburg favorites such as Zen Glass Studio and Duncan McClellan Gallery.
Daddy Kool officially opened its doors to shoppers on Saturday, April 13, with tons of celebratory activities such exclusive record pricing, artist signings, restaurant pop-ups, a craft beer truck and live music. The grand reopening coincidentally fell on National Record Day.
Welcome back to the Burg Daddy Kool!
